On some networks it does not connect
Some company networks, some hotels and some mobile carriers block the direct connection entirely. The usual answer is to route the screen through a relay server, and we do not have one right now: on those networks the session does not start. Everywhere else nothing changes.

- Do I pay by how much I use it?
- No. The screen goes from your PC to you without passing through us, so we have nothing to meter. No cost per hour, per gigabyte or per session, on any plan.
- Does someone with a guest link need an account?
- No. Guest links work without an account; the session uses the plan of whoever owns the PC, paid features included.
- When do I need Pro?
- Free is for personal use. If you use Latenz for work — your job, your clients, your company's PCs — you need Pro or Team, whatever features you actually use.
- How do I cancel?
- From the billing page, in one click. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
- What about a company with several people?
- Team covers several people on the same PCs. For shared design desktops on a single workstation, rented hardware and quotes, see the Businesses page.
Payments are processed by Paddle. Displayed prices are localised and tax-inclusive where applicable; checkout always shows the authoritative amount.
